WWT Slimbridge    The CASPIAN TERN on the Dumbles from Estuary Tower at 11am but pushed off by cattle immediately. (Tim McGrath). From Zeiss hide the SPOONBILL and a Spotted Redshank. On South Lake the Tundra Bean Goose of unknown origin and a Spotted Redshank. 50+ Dunlins, three Common Sandpipers at Middle Point. Three Little Ringed Plovers on the Rushy. A WOOD SANDPIPER on the Tack Piece. (Mike Davis/Dot Jones/Paul Rich). The male WHITE-SPOTTED BLUETHROAT reported still in the reedbeds at Middle Point at 1pm. (per BirdGuides).

Saul Warth     At high tide this morning 100 Curlews, 93 Avocets, five Oystercatchers, 19 Dunlins, four Black-tailed Godwits, two Common Sandpipers, 52 Shelducks, nine Little Egrets, four Grey Herons, a Kestrel, four Pied Wagtails, a Willow Warbler, two Chiffchaffs, six Mistle Thrushes, ten Linnets, seven Swallows and five Ravens. Haresfield    Two Yellow Wagtails and two Yellowhammers near the garden centre this morning. Also two Green Woodpeckers, a Kestrel and three Peregrines. (Steve Pullen).

Dowdeswell Reservoir     This morning a Cetti’s Warbler (First since 2012), five Crossbills over calling, two Common Sandpipers, two Grey Herons, two Mallards, four Grey Wagtails, 11 Moorhen including one small young, an adult and a juvenile Great Crested Grebe, a Blackcap, a Reed Warbler, a Green Woodpecker, a Song Thrush and two Lesser Black-backed Gulls. Cleeve Hill     Three Crossbills over this morning. (Ian Ralphs).

Sharpness     A Crossbill over late afternoon. (Andy Jordan).

Westonbirt Arboretum     A small group of Crossbills heard today. (Nick Page).

Aylburton Warth/Guscar Rocks     At high tide 70 Canada Geese, 28 Shelducks, five Mallards, a Cormorant, eight Grey Herons, a Buzzard, a Kestrel, four Oystercatchers, 482+ Curlews, two Whimbrels, three Common Sandpipers, 315 Black-headed Gulls, 30 Lesser Black-backed Gulls, a Raven, 100 Carrion Crows (Aylburton), 100 Rooks (Guscar), 30 Linnets and a Goldfinch. Gloucester     A Red Kite at 3:15pm over Cole Avenue adjacent to Crypt School. (Matt Lathan).

Stonehouse    On the Stroudwater canal near Bond’s Mill a Kingfisher and a Sparrowhawk. (Paul Sutton).
