Also a Turnstone and a SPOONBILL from Middle Point. Another SPOONBILL from Zeiss hide. Two Spotted Redshanks and the Tundra Bean Goose, of unknown origin, on South Lake. On the Tack Piece five Little Ringed Plovers, a Garganey, a WOOD SANDPIPER, a Common Sandpiper and 17 Green Sandpipers. Saul Warth Early morning no tide 102 Curlews, 98 Avocets, three Oystercatchers, 25 Dunlins, 48 Shelducks, two Little Egrets, three Kestrels, six Pied Wagtails, 14 Mistle Thrushes, four Chiffchaffs, a Whitethroat, a Blackcap, 37 Swallows and a House Sparrow, a patch tick, first in 32 years. (MK).

Coombe Hill Meadows This afternoon 5+ Buzzards (3 juvs), a Red Kite, two Ravens, 7+ Grey Herons, 12+ Swallows (8 juv), three House Martins, two Green Woodpeckers, five Bullfinches, two Linnets, three Greenfinches, a female Redstart, 10+ Goldfinches, four Sedge Warblers, two Brown Hawkers and 3+ Southern Migrant Hawkers.
