WWT Slimbridge    On the Rushy a SPOONBILL, and another from Zeiss hide, also a Spotted Redshank. From Robbie Garnett hide a Kingfisher, a WOOD SANDPIPER, four Garganeys, ten Green Sandpipers, a Common Sandpiper and four Little Ringed Plovers. Saul Warth     Early morning no tide 142 Curlews, 58 Avocets, a red Knot, two Black-tailed Godwits, 51 Dunlins, 88 Shelducks, a Common Tern, three Little Egrets, a Great White Egret, three Buzzards, two Kestrels, 14 Pied Wagtails, three Chiffchaffs, ten Sand Martins, 15 Swallows and 80 Goldfinches. Forest of Dean     In the Soudley Ponds area, a Great Spotted Woodpecker, a male Kingfisher, a Grey Heron, two Crossbills, two Goldcrests, 8+ Spotted Flycatchers, a Buzzard, three Ravens a male Grey Wagtail. (Dave Stone).

Chedworth    In the wood today a small group of Crossbills, a Spotted Flycatcher and two Marsh Tits. (Duerden Cormack).

Norton     A Red Kite circling over the village school this morning. (Colin Edwards).

Bourton-on-the-Water     The escaped Scarlet Ibis that has been wandering the east of the county since at least last November flew over the High Street this evening. (Keith Jennings).

Aylburton Warth/Guscar Rocks     80 Canada Geese, 12 Shelducks including nine ducklings, five Mallards, eight Grey Herons, a Buzzard, a Peregrine, 28 Dunlins, three Whimbrels, 480 Curlews, a Redshank, two Common Sandpipers, a male summer plumaged  Turnstone, 300 Black-headed Gulls, 50 Lesser Black-backed and Herring Gulls, two Skylarks, ten Swallows, a Meadow Pipit, four Yellow Wagtails, two Chiffchaff, two Ravens, 200 Carrion Crows, 200 Jackdaws and a Goldfinch. Wotton-under-Edge     At Coombe Hill this morning eight Adonis Blues, many Chalkhill Blues and few Common Blues and Small Heaths. (Mark Coller).
