WWT Slimbridge     On the Tack Piece a WOOD SANDPIPER, 13 Green Sandpipers and two Little Ringed Plovers. On South Lake a Spotted Redshank and 174 Black-tailed Godwits. A Spotted Redshank on the Rushy. Two Sanderlings from Middle Point. (Slimbridge Sightings/Ian Ralphs/Paul Masters).

Saul Warth     Early morning no tide, 125 Curlews, 60 Avocets, four Black-tailed Godwits, 25 Dunlins, 65 Shelducks, two SPOONBILLS, two Little Egrets, five Kestrels, 22 Pied Wagtails, a Chiffchaff, two Mistle Thrushes and 20 Swallows. (MK).

Cheltenham     The white Sparrowhawk, seen last year, is back again with its family (at least 3 birds) in the trees along Evesham Road between Pittville Park and the Racecourse roundabout. They are very vocal. At 5.30pm the white bird was by UCAS bus stop. (Steve Money).

Nailsworth     130+ House Martins and at least four Swifts flew S between 11:50am and 12:45pm. (Terry Grant).

Frampton pools     On the sailing lake two Common Terns, three Cormorants, the adult Yellow-legged Gull and two Great Crested Grebes. Six Swifts and two Gadwalls on Court Lake this evening. (Nick Goatman). From Splatt Bridge early morning, 40+ Swallows with 20+ House Martins hawking insects low over the horse paddock and canal, three Grey Wagtails over, two juvenile Marsh Harriers over the 100-Acre and two juvenile Kestrels over the flashes. (Steve Pullen).

Cambridge to Frampton    From Cambridge Arms Bridge to Splatt Bridge along the canal this morning a juvenile Great Crested Grebe, 20+ Swallows, 3+ House Martins, a Swift, a Sparrowhawk, a Kingfisher, two Jays and three pairs of Mute Swans. (Mike Davis).
