Saul Warth     A BLACK-WINGED KITE this evening (Gordon Hodgson), which moved down to Splatt Bridge, Frampton then into the 100-Acre and on to WWT where it looked like it would roost. However it was seen moving back towards Frampton at dusk but was lost to view. Because of the lack of parking spaces in and around Splatt Bridge it is best to park sensibly in the village and walk.
