Frampton Five five Cattle Egrets, 2 adults and 3 juveniles, at Splatt Bridge this morning. (Gordon Hodgson).
Chavenage Lane/Barton End area Six Kestrels, two Red Kites, seven Buzzards, a Hobby and a female Goshawk. Also a Hawfinch flying S, a Wheatear, a Redstart, a Corn Bunting, 50+ House Martins and 25+ Swallows. (Terry Grant).
Halmore Birds included a Kestrel mobbed by Swallows, a Goshawk cruising high, two Buzzards, a Kingfisher, a Nuthatch, two Green Woodpeckers and many Spotted Flycatchers again. Also several fresh Common Blues, a Small Copper, a Red Admiral, four Peacocks, several Willow Emeralds and Ruddy Darters, and a Weasel. (Chris Newton).
