WWT Slimbridge     Two BITTERNS from Van de Bovenkamp hide this afternoon. Also a WOOD SANDPIPER from Robbie Garnett hide and a Garganey on the Rushy. (Martin Price). Two Whinchats still at Middle Point, also a Wheatear and 2+ Yellow Wagtails. (Paul Masters). A SPOONBILL, an Avocet and a Garganey from Zeiss hide. (Slimbridge Sightings).

Alvington    A juvenile OSPREY flew down river at 10:25am. (Dan Watson).

Saul Warth     Early morning 37 Curlews, 11 Shelducks, 31 Teal, 13 Cattle Egrets (1 juv), a Grey Wagtail, a Yellow Wagtail, 20 Pied Wagtails, a Lesser Whitethroat, two Whitethroats, two Blackcaps, two Chiffchaffs, 25 Swallows and a Raven. (MK).

Frampton pools     This evening two Swifts, 100+ Sand Martins, 50+Swallows, 20+ House Martins, three Cattle Egrets (2 ads, 1 juv), nine Little Egrets, four Grey Herons, a Green Sandpiper, two Common Sandpipers, an adult Yellow-legged Gull, two Kingfishers, a Hobby and two Ravens. (Nick Goatman).

Symonds Yat    Between 10:30 and 11:30 this morning 20+ Raven flew East to West over Yat Rock. (Frank Williams).

Berkeley shore     57 Turnstones, four Common Sandpipers, three Oystercatchers, 12 Grey Herons, a Meadow Pipit, a Wheatear, 31 Mallards and three Canada Geese today. (Thomas McClung).

Sharpness    Three Whinchats, a Wheatear, six Yellow Wagtails, two Willow warblers and three Whitethroat this morning S of the docks down to the Pill. 50+ Yellow Wagtails roosted at SARA this evening. (Andy Jordan).

Tresham     This morning seven Wheatears along the Monarch’s Way between Tresham and Boxwell near the hilltop barn. (Vic Polley).

Coombe Hill Meadows     Two Whinchats by Snipe pool and a Greenshank flying around calling over the dry Long pool. (Ian Hull).

Nailsworth    A Swift over the valley at 7pm, a steady small passage of House Martins during the day and a juvenile Siskin in the garden. (Roy Bircher).
