WWT Slimbridge     This morning a BITTERN in the reeds just in front of Zeiss hide. Two GLOSSY IBISES still present in front of the Martin Smith hide along with a Green Sandpiper. (Jeff Wheeler).

Ashleworth Ham     A ringing session caught 17 birds, including two Chiffchaffs, a Treecreeper and a Reed Bunting. On the reserve eight Greylags and three Canada Geese over, five Mallards, a Red Kite, three Buzzards, a Peregrine, three Tawny Owls calling at first light, 20 Skylark going over high, two Ravens and five Goldfinches.
