Saul Warth     Between 7:30-10am, a patch record 220 Avocets, 95 Curlews, five Grey Plovers, 158 Shelducks, two Wigeon, 140 Teal, three Little Egrets, 80 Woodpigeons, two Chiffchaffs, a Raven, two Mistle Thrushes, two Skylarks, ten Meadow Pipits and a Reed Bunting. (MK).

Fretherne    Four Cattle Egrets and eight Little Egrets in a field beside the Arlingham Road at SO 74181 08879 at 10am. This is a dangerous road, there is no close parking to this field, either park at Fretherne Bridge or on the verge just before the nurseries and walk. (MK).

Frampton     At Court Lake just before dark 30+Cattle Egrets, a Great White Egret, eight Little Egrets, four Grey Herons, 46 Cormorants, 24 Shovelers, 76 Wigeon, 19 Gadwalls, ten Tufted Ducks, 45 Mallards, 14 Teal, 48 Mute Swans, a Great Crested Grebe and a Grey Wagtail. (Nick Goatman).

WWT Slimbridge     The TEMMINCK’S STINT still on the Rushy today. Also three Spotted Redshanks here. Two BITTERNS showing well from Zeiss hide at lunchtime. A Greenshank and a Water Rail from Robbie Garnett hide. Two Mediterranean Gulls on South Lake. From Middle Point two Peregrines, seven Bar-tailed Godwits, 14 Grey Plovers and at least three Sanderlings in with the Dunlins. (Andy Jordan/Roberta Goodall/Steve Pullen).

Chavenage Lane     A male MERLIN swooped on a flock of Starlings then shifted attention to a Skylark which escaped. Also four Red Kites seen. (Terry Grant).
