Forest of Dean This morning 4+ Goldcrests, 10+ Long-tailed Tits and a Dipper at Parkend. Two Goosanders (1m), 6+ Little Grebes, four Wigeon, 8+ Mandarins and two Ravens at Cannop Ponds. At Woorgreens NR four Goosanders (1m), two Grey Herons, ten Tufted Ducks, 35+ mixed flock of Siskins, Redpolls and Goldfinches, two Ravens and three Fieldfares. (Paul Clark).
Cobney Meadows This afternoon eight Mute Swans, seven Egyptian Geese, four Shelducks, 150 Wigeon, 50 Teal, ten Mallards, two Pintails, ten Shovelers, a Tufted Duck, ten Lapwings and 150 Black-headed Gulls. (Mike Smart).
