WWT Slimbridge    A FIRECREST and a male Bullfinch from Willow hide and possibly a second FIRECREST nearby. Also two Cetti’s Warblers and six Chiffchaffs. (David Creber/Paul Masters/Tim McGrath/Christopher Teague).

Saul Warth     Early afternoon low high tide, 40 Avocets, 57 Curlews, 12 Lapwings, seven Redshanks, a Common Sandpiper, ten Dunlins, 17 Shelducks, two Kestrels, a Buzzard, two Fieldfares and a Mistle Thrush. 34 Cattle Egrets with 30 Common Gulls at Fretherne in the field opposite the end of Hock Ditch. Awre     Two Common Cranes, five Lapwings, three Bramblings, 19 Chaffinches, 47 Linnets, 20+ Fieldfares, a Rock Pipit, five Meadow Pipits and a Snipe. (Dan Watson).

Westbury-on-Severn     A few Chiffchaffs at Westbury STW including a greyish bird which looked quite good for tristis. (Dan Watson).

Coombe Hill Meadows    Several thousand wildfowl this morning, mainly Teal, Pintails, Wigeon, Shovelers, Greylags, Canada Geese and a Whooper Swan. Also 80+ Fieldfares, 50+ Redwings, a Buzzard, two Blackcaps, two Bullfinches, a Goldcrest and a Chiffchaff. (Paul Clark).Also what looks like a pure adult female Ruddy Shelduck today, only seen when it flew off. (Rhys Dugmore).

Forest of Dean     14 Goosanders on Woorgreens Lake this morning. (Duncan Dine).

Cold Aston     c1400 Linnets, c100 Golden Plovers, 30 Lapwings, two Red Kites, a Buzzard, a Sparrowhawk, a Yellowhammer and c30 Skylarks today. (Tom & Greg Mabbett).

Hazleton     A Brambling with a few Chaffinches feeding on the minor road N of the village by the belt of trees. Around the adjacent fields many birds feeding including 50+ Fieldfares, a few Redwings, 30 Red-legged Partridges and a mobile flock of 100+ Starlings. Around the area two Buzzards and c10 Red Kites. Kingscote     A Red Kite at Kingscote Barn late this afternoon. (Gord Avery).
