WWT Slimbridge     A male and a female FIRECREST active together today and seen taking grubs along the Estuary Walkway amongst Goldcrests, Chiffchaffs and Long-tailed Tits, mainly between Stephen Kirk hide and Knott hide. 29 Bewick’s Swans on site today. A Little Stint still with Dunlins on the Tack Piece. A Treecreeper in the Spinney. Saul Warth     Early morning no tide, 33 Shelducks, 40 Wigeon flew S, a Teal, 211 Curlews, two Kestrels, two Ravens, 35 Fieldfares, two Mistle Thrushes, a singing Song Thrush, a Rock Pipit and 18 Meadow Pipits. (MK).

Broadoak     A female/immature Goosander on the river today. (Andy Jayne).

Chavenage Lane area      19 Corn Buntings, 50+ Chaffinches, a flock of 31 Collared Doves, four Red Kites, 11 Buzzards, two Kestrels and a covey of 12 Grey Partridges. (Terry Grant).

Daglingworth     Five Woodcocks tonight at dusk on the Overley Road. (Andrew Morrison).

Cotswold Water Park West    At Pit 58 ten Goldeneyes and nine Goosanders. At Pit 42 large numbers of Pochards, Pintails and Tufted Ducks. (Paul Rich).

Prestbury     Eight Siskins feeding in a Silver Birch tree on the Noverton Estate this morning. (Ken Heron).

Maisemore     On the Leadon Marshes, below Persh Farm this morning six Mute Swans, one cygnet, two Wigeon, 25 Teal, ten Mallards and two Ravens. At Linton Farm Pond 15
Shelducks, 125 Mallards and a Raven. (Mike Smart).

Gloucester     At Horsebere Brook FSA an adult Mute Swan, six Mallards, two Teal, two Coots, a female Sparrowhawk, three Stock Doves, two pairs of Stonechats, a Song Thrush singing and 20+ Fieldfares feeding on Hawthorns. (Gord Avery).

Bentham     14 Coots, two Green Woodpeckers, 30 Redwings and two Mistle Thrushes today. (Gord Avery).
