WWT Slimbridge     A female Mandarin on the upper Rushy pond this afternoon. (Roberta Goodall). A fly-by Goshawk this morning from Zeiss hide. (Terry Stevenson). 102 White-fronted Geese from South Finger, the Pink-footed Goose, of unknown origin, on the Dumbles with the Canada Goose flock and a Marsh Harrier. (Mark Coller).

Slimbridge    At the Severn Trent pump station near the village at 3:45pm at least seven Cattle Egrets and 3+ Little Egrets in the field with the cattle in it. (Mike Davis). Late morning two Cattle Egrets in the field opposite the car park by the Tudor Arms. (Mark Coller).

Coombe Hill Meadows     This morning two Buzzards, a Peregrine, 120+ Fieldfares, 80+ Redwings, 250+ Lapwings, 300 Shovelers, 320 Wigeon, 80 Pintails, 180 Teal, 36 Gadwalls, a Water Rail, a Mistle Thrush, a Song Thrush, a Greenfinch and two Reed Buntings. (Paul Clark).

Stroud    From Lodgemore to Thrupp and back this afternoon a Kingfisher, two Dippers, a Nuthatch, a Jay, a female Bullfinch, two Siskins heard and a Little Grebe and a Tufted Duck on Lodgemore Lake. (MK/Bridgette King).

Ashleworth Ham     This afternoon 30+ Wigeon, 30+ Teal, 30+ Mallards, 10+ Pintails, four Shovelers, two Lapwings, a Great Spotted Woodpecker, a Kingfisher and a Reed Bunting. (Pete Jones).
