Slimbridge    Two WHOOPER SWANS again on the moor S of Shepherds Patch bridge on the far side of the canal at SO717037 at 8:20am but viewing difficult through the hedgerow. (Steve Pullen).

Cotswold Water Park West     Two GREAT NORTHERN DIVERS at Shorncote on Pit 87 today. Very foggy, two birds are unconfirmed. (Jon Mercer).

Frampton pools     Two male Goldeneyes, 15 Shovelers, ten Teal, 18 Gadwalls, 45 Tufted Ducks, 15 Mute Swans, five Great Crested Grebes, 23 Mallards, 298 Coots, 22 Moorhens, 40 Cormorants, three Cattle Egrets, two Blackcaps, 30+ Siskins, 500+ Starlings, 24 Redwings and 17 Fieldfares today. (Nick Goatman).

Berkeley shore     WeBS count this morning 116 Mallards, 66 Teal, 30 Wigeon, a drake Goosander, 78 Common Gulls, 25 Black headed Gulls, five Herring Gulls, a Little Egret, three Grey Herons, nine Curlews, ten Redshanks, a Dunlin and a Lapwing. Also at least four Blackcaps feeding in mistletoe in poplars and a Chiffchaff on the estuary side of Severnside School. Hazleton     c20 Bramblings and six Corn Buntings at the usual 5-bar gate on the minor road to Salperton. Along the minor road past Hampen at least five Red Kites, a drumming Great Spotted Woodpecker and a few Redwings. (Steve Brown).

Nailsworth     A MERLIN at Barton End at 10:30am today. (MK/Ken Hurcombe).

Aylburton Warth/Guscar Rocks     This morning four Shelducks, 135 Wigeon, 80 Teal, two Mallards, two Cormorants, a Grey Heron, a Grey Plover, 50 Dunlins, 155 Curlews, 12 Redshanks, ten Black-headed Gull, ten Herring Gulls and ten Lesser Black-backed Gulls. (Mike Smart).
