Cotswold Water Park East     A Slavonian Grebe reported on Pit 120 Horseshoe Lake today. Identification from observers description. Unfortunately there is no public access. Horseshoe Lake is a private fishing complex. The only way to view is from the layby on the A361 Burford Road looking through the tree fence on the Northern arm or to view through the trees from the end of Lechlade High Street for the Southern arm. Saul Warth     12-1:30pm poor viz at low tide, nine Avocets, a Curlew, a Redshank heard, 66 Shelducks, a pair of Kestrels, six Skylarks, four Meadow Pipits, six Pied Wagtails, a Grey Wagtail, four Chiffchaffs, a male Blackcap and 20 Chaffinches. (MK).

WWT Slimbridge     A Firecrest again in the Withy bed and along the pathway between Martin Smith and Robbie Garnett hides. Also a Great White Egret in the canoe safari area and a Little Stint from Estuary Tower. (Slimbridge Sightings/Oliver Paisey).

Slimbridge    Two WHOOPER SWANS again on the moor S of Shepherds Patch bridge on the far side of the canal at SO717037 at 9am but viewing difficult through the hedgerow. (Ian Ralphs).

Frampton     At the sailing lake at lunchtime two drake Goldeneyes, two Stonechats, six Reed Buntings and three Snipe. (Nick Goatman).

Hazleton     Ten Bramblings amongst a flock of Chaffinches and Linnets at the usual 5-bar gate on the minor road to Salperton. (Andy Lewis).

Sharpness     From SARA this morning, 29 Siskins, a Lesser Redpoll, a Pintail, 15+ Teal, a Rock Pipit, 140+ Wigeon, a Kingfisher, a Stock Dove, two Shelducks, a Redshank, a Curlew, two Mute Swans and three Goldfinches. (Oliver Paisey).

Gloucester     At Horsebere Brook FSA late morning a pair of Mute Swans, eight Mallards, 12 Teal, two Coots and two pairs of Stonechats. (Gord Avery).

Halmore     A male Lesser Redpoll in the garden today, the first for three years. (Chris Newton).
