WWT Slimbridge     Two Dark-bellied Brent Geese on the lower Dumbles from late morning. Also 16 TUNDRA BEAN GEESE and two Oystercatchers. (Dot Jones). Seven Grey Plovers this afternoon. (Ian Ralphs). A Knot on the Tack Piece with a Sanderling, nine Ruff, 56 Black-tailed Godwits and 28 Redshanks. (Paul Clark). A Firecrest along the Estuary Tower walkway. The pair of WHOOPER SWANS remain on the Rushy. (MK).

Frampton pools     This evening a Red Crested Pochard x Tufted Duck hybrid with 143 Tufted Ducks, also 32 Cattle Egrets, 24 Little Egrets and seven Grey Herons. (Nick Goatman).

Nailsworth     At Barton End the female MERLIN again hunting. Also 20+ Corn Buntings. (Roger Gillespie).

Westonbirt    At least 20 Crossbills in the larch trees at Silk Wood today. Also a female Peregrine and three Red Kites. (Jon Haw).
