WWT Slimbridge On the Rushy this morning 94 Bewick’s Swans, two WHOOPER SWANS and a female Mandarin. (Slimbridge Sightings). This afternoon on South Lake 65 Avocets, 35 Black-tailed Godwits, a Peregrine causing havoc and a pair of Oystercatchers and another pair on the Living Wetlands aviary roof. Along South Finger a Water Rail beside the reedbed filter pond just at the start of South Finger, a Marsh Harrier flew N and 16 White-fronted Geese from Kingfisher hide. (MK).
