WWT Slimbridge     A SPOONBILL on the Tack Piece today. A Firecrest very active around the Martin Smith hide entrance and c80 Siskins in the Alder trees near the entrance to the Estuary walkway. The hybrid Tufted Duck x Red Crested Pochard on the Eider pool. 16 TUNDRA BEAN GEESE and a Pink-footed Goose on the Dumbles, also a Grey Plover. 82 Avocets and 89 Black-tailed Godwits on South Lake. From Kingfisher hide 161 White-fronted Geese with two Barnacle Geese. (Ian Hull/Tim Jukes/Oliver Paisey).

Saul Warth     At 8:30am 18 Shelducks, 20 Mallards, 14 Stock Doves, six Oystercatchers, 160 Curlews, a Buzzard, a Kestrel, two Skylarks, four Chiffchaffs, 20 Redwings, 20 Fieldfares, six Pied Wagtails, five Meadow Pipits and 14 Chaffinches. (MK).
