Tidenham     A DARTFORD WARBLER today until 1pm at least on Poor’s Allotment. It is quite wide-ranging and can be elusive but is usually with a pair of Stonechats. (Steve Thorogood).

WWT Slimbridge     22 Cattle Egrets on South Lake this morning. (Paul Masters). A SPOONBILL on the Tack Piece. Two WHOOPER SWANS on the Rushy WITH 40 Bewick’s Swans and a female Mandarin. An adult Mediterranean Gull on South Lake. Still c180 White-fronted Geese on site. (Slimbridge Sightings).

Highnam Woods     This afternoon two Marsh Tits, two Nuthatches, a Coal Tit, a Pied Wagtail, two Stock Doves, three Long-tailed Tits, three Redwings, two Great Spotted Woodpeckers, a Green Woodpecker. a Raven, a Buzzard and eight Robins. Also five Brimstones and two Muntjacs. (John Fletcher).

Forest of Dean     A Carrion Crow wading into the Nursery Pond at Nagshead to take and consume a toad. Also a Nuthatch, a Treecreeper and four Ravens in tumbling display. (Eden Tanner).
