WWT Slimbridge     The SPOONBILL still around the grounds today. From the Estuary Tower still 21 Bewick’s Swans and 175 White-fronted Geese at lunchtime. (Slimbridge Sightings).

Saul Warth     At high tide late morning 43 Shelducks, six Pintails, five Grey Herons, ten Cormorants, three Avocets, two Redshanks, 22 Curlews, three Oystercatchers, two Red Kites, three Buzzards, one with a white rump, two Kestrels, six Redwings, four Fieldfares, six Skylarks, 15 Pied Wagtails and a Chiffchaff. Hardwicke     A Red Kite over Grove End at 9:25am. (MK).

Maisemore     On the Leadon Meadows today nine Mute Swans, 43 Shelducks, seven Tufted Ducks, 32 Shovelers, 21 Gadwalls, 25 Wigeon, 45 Pintails, 20 Teal, ten Little Egrets, a Great White Egret and two Kingfishers. (Andy Jayne).

Newnham-on-Severn     A ringtail Harrier, probably Hen, flying downriver at 4pm. (Dan Watson).

Westbury-on-Severn     A second-calendar year Mediterranean Gull on the sands late afternoon. (Dan Watson).

Ashleworth Ham     This afternoon a drake Goldeneye, seven Greylags, 51 Canada Geese, 11 Lapwings, eight Pintails, five Shovelers, six Gadwalls, a Tufted Duck, 209 Wigeon, four Teal, a Shelduck, two Coots, 59 Mallards, four Chaffinches, 17 Mute Swans, three Grey Herons and a Peregrine.
