WWT Slimbridge     A WHOOPER SWAN on the Rushy from mid-afternoon, also a Green Sandpiper. (Terry Stevenson). Ten Avocets on the Estuary Tower scrape, seven unringed Common Cranes flew across the Tack Piece, two Kingfishers from Kingfisher hide and the long staying juvenile SPOONBILL still from Robbie Garnett hide. Saul Warth     At Grey Plover, 160 Avocets, 35 Black-tailed Godwits, three Oystercatchers, six Redshanks, 26 Curlews, three Common Cranes, two Kestrels, four Skylarks, 22 Fieldfares and a Chiffchaff. (MK).

Forest of Dean    Two Goshawks in the Staple Edge area. Also two Buzzards and two Crossbill. (Rachel Thomas).

Leckhampton     At St Peter’s Church a Green Woodpecker, a Nuthatch, two Greenfinches singing. Stock Doves heard and a pair of Blackcaps nearby. At Pilley Bridge reserve a Sparrowhawk, a Buzzard through low, a Red Kite over W, two Jays, two Greenfinches and two singing Blackcaps. (Steve Brown).

Coombe Hill Meadows     Four Swallows, an Oystercatcher, four Redshanks and four Fieldfares for the 3rd day. (Ian Hull).

Cleeve Hill    Two Wheatears at the masts early afternoon. (Mark Hobson).

Ketford     A pair of Mandarins on the River Leadon today. (Ian Ralphs).
