Stinchcombe Hill     A HOODED CROW heading south on the westerly edge of the hill this morning. It looked to be a pure bird, not a hybrid. Also at least seven Wheatears. (James Robinson).

Coombe Hill Meadows     A WHITETHROAT and a SEDGE WARBLER singing this morning. A Redstart singing from southern meadow hedgerow. Also six Golden Plovers and six Ringed Plovers. (Ian Hull).

WWT Slimbridge   A REED WARBLER and SEDGE WARBLER and a Yellow Wagtail today. A SPOONBILL still on the TACK Piece. A Little Ringed Plover on the Rushy.Also a Common Sandpiper on the Rushy and the TUNDRA BEAN GOOSE there. A Green Sandpiper on South Lake. The DARK-BELLIED BRENT GOOSE on the Dumbles still. Frampton     A Common Sandpiper by the sailing club and a REED WARBLER in the Gravel Wash this morning. (Gordon Kirk).

Cleeve Hill     Four RING OUZELS (3m, 1f) still today. Also at least 12 Wheatears, a Swallow, a Buzzard, two Red Kites, a Tree Pipit, 30 Fieldfares, four Stonechats, a Willow Warbler, a Chiffchaff, Skylarks, Meadow Pipits and Yellowhammers. Edge    Three Wheatears at Edge Nature Reserve this morning. (Martin & Michelle Greenish).

North Cerney    Four male Wheatears along the farm track wall from Chapel Lane on the downs. (Dave Soons).

Saul Warth      At high tide 100+ Avocets, 30 Black-tailed Godwits, 20 Redshanks, an Oystercatcher, 12 Dunlins, six Ringed Plovers, 16+ Curlews, a pair of Gadwalls, 80+ Shelducks, four Common Cranes, a Sparrowhawk, four Swallows, a Chiffchaff, a Willow Warbler, two Wheatears, four Linnets and a Meadow Pipit. Maisemore    This morning on the flooded fields by the River Leadon 21 Mute Swans, six Little Egrets, ten Shelducks, 12 Shovelers, four Coots, two Gadwalls and two Tufted Ducks. At the Over Canal a Sparrowhawk, a Green Woodpecker, a Cormorant and many Chiffchaffs. (Paul Clark).

Selsley Common     This morning c60 Meadow Pipits, c20 Skylarks, a House Martin, a pair of Linnets, a Chiffchaff calling, several Dunnocks and a Raven calling. (Paul Sutton). Later a Swallow. (Steve Pullen).

Kingscote     Five Swallows, first of the year here, eight Yellowhammers, ten Linnets, 20+ Skylarks and Blackcaps and Chiffchaffs singing. (Joshua Hamblin).
