Gloucester     An OSPREY flew over the house in Barnwood Avenue at 6pm this evening, a garden tick. (Rob Crofton).

WWT Slimbridge    The DARK-BELLIED BRENT GOOSE and a Wheatear on the Dumbles and six Common Cranes. A SPOTTED REDSHANK on the Rushy. Three Common Gulls, an adult Yellow-legged Gull and a Cattle Egret in breeding plumage on South Lake. Two Great Black-backed Gulls on the estuary. The SPOONBILL, initially on the Tack Piece and then flew off high S. A Goshawk from Zeiss hide. A pair of Kingfishers in the Decoy. Also around the site three Sedge Warblers, two Reed Warblers, a Willow Warbler, five Chiffchaff and three Blackcaps. (Rob Crofton/Andy Langley/Paul Masters).

Barnsley Warren     A female RING OUZEL briefly, 24 Red Kites, 18 Buzzards, four pairs of Lapwings, a Great Spotted Woodpecker, many Skylarks, two Redstarts, three Blackcaps, a Chiffchaff, four Willow Warblers, two Long-tailed Tits, 12 Linnets, four Corn Buntings and plenty of Pasque Flowers. Cleeve Hill     At least two RING OUZELS still this morning. (Ian Hull/Terry Stevenson).

Saul Warth     Early morning no tide 165 Avocets, 50 Black-tailed Godwits,four Oystercatchers, a Lapwing, 20 Curlews, 56+ Shelducks, a Marsh Harrier, a Kestrel, two Common Cranes, a Whitethroat, four Chiffchaffs, three Blackcaps and a male Wheatear. (MK).

Coombe Hill Meadows    Today 6+ Buzzards, a Red Kite, a Raven, eight Cattle Egrets, a Grey Heron, two Little Egrets, two Shelducks, two Gadwalls, a Redshank, two Reed Buntings, 5+ Sedge Warblers, three Redstarts, a Green Woodpecker, two Treecreepers, four Skylarks, a Willow Warbler, 6+ Chiffchaffs and three Wheatears. Woodchester     Two Wheatears beside the lane to Woodchester Mansion car park at SO799013 and four Skylarks on territories. (Geoff Moyser).

Kingscote     Three Corn Buntings, 25+ Yellowhammers, 14 Skylarks, two Coal Tits, two Bullfinches, 12 Linnets, a female Goshawk and two Nuthatches. (Joshua Hamblin).

Stinchcombe Hill     9+ Wheatears, six Lesser Redpolls, a Willow Warbler, 10+ Blackcaps and a male Redstart. (Craig Brookes/James Robinson).
