Highnam Woods     A NIGHTINGALE singing early morning only. Also two Fieldfares, a Whitethroat, three Marsh Tits, three Willow Warblers, 38 Blackcaps, 25 Chiffchaffs, a Raven, a Sparrowhawk and two Mallards. (Nigel Sluman).

Cleeve Hill     At least four male and four female RING OUZELS on the common today but mobile. Also seven Wheatears, five Stonechats, two Red Kites, a Raven and two Yellowhammers. (Ian Ralphs/Jon Mercer/Howard Smith/Ken Hurcombe/Steve Pullen).

North Nibley     On the William Tyndale monument a female BLACK REDSTART and a kestrel. Around the surrounding woods four Nuthatches, two Treecreeper, a Bullfinch, a Siskin over, three Marsh Tits and many Buzzards. (Harrison Rowsell).

Newnham-on-Severn    A GARDEN WARBLER singing behind the railway early morning, also a Red Kite flew NE towards the river. (Dan Watson).

WWT Slimbridge    The TUNDRA BEAN GOOSE on the Rushy briefly this morning, and the immature SPOONBILL flew south from the Tack Piece this afternoon. (Terry Stevenson). A Spotted Redshank still on the Rushy. (Keith Davies).

Tresham     Early morning a female/immature MERLIN, four Corn Buntings, a Red-legged Partridge and two Swallows. (Paul Rich).

Kingscote     A male Redstart, a Willow Warbler, a Marsh Tit, a Goldcrest, two Long-tailed Tits, 18 Yellowhammers, 20+ Linnets, two Greenfinches, 15 Skylarks, two Grey Wagtails, two Goshawks, a Mistle Thrush chasing a Sparrowhawk and a Little Grebe. (Joshua Hamblin).

Frampton    This morning at the pools at 9am c200 Sand Martins and two Swallows. (Roy Bircher). The evening 1000+ Sand Martins, three House Martins, a Swallow, a Reed Warbler, 30 Chiffchaffs, 27 Blackcaps, three Shovelers, two Teal, five Gadwalls, 49 Tufted Ducks and a Siskin. (Nick Goatman).

Saul Warth     84 Avocets, 42 Curlews, five Redshanks, 50 Shelducks, 18 Common Gulls, a Kestrel, two Whitethroats, two Chiffchaffs, a Blackcap, small passage of 16 Swallows W, six Goldfinches and a pair of Reed Buntings. (MK).

Coombe Hill Meadows     This afternoon 32 Gadwalls, 38 Teal, 52 Mallards, 16 Wigeon, four Little Egrets, four Mute Swans, two Redshanks, two Shovelers, five Lapwings, ten Canada Geese, two Greylags, two Shelducks, eight House Martins, ten Swallows, a Herring Gull, two Lesser Black-backed Gull, two Chiffchaffs and a Willow Warbler. Forest of Dean    Three Swallows at Taurus Crafts, Lydney this afternoon. (Chris Sullivan).
