Coombe Hill Meadows     This morning a Kestrel, a Kingfisher, a Green Woodpecker, two Great Spotted Woodpeckers, a Fieldfare, 20+ Redwings, 50+ mixed flock of Linnets and Goldfinches, 32 Canada Geese over, 6+ Skylarks, three Meadow Pipits, two Reed Buntings, 6+ Long-tailed Tits and 4+ male Willow Emerald damselflies. Stonehouse to Ebley     Along the Stroudwater Canal this morning five Cormorants and a Kingfisher at Ebley wharf. A Little Grebe at Ryeford double lock and a Jay. A Cetti’s Warbler between Skew bridge and Wycliffe old boat house. A Sparrowhawk over Upper Mills bridge. A Kingfisher along the canal between St Cyr’s to the Ocean and a Cormorant at the Ocean.
