Gloucester     At Sudmeadow a pair of Stonechats by the Plantation Pool and a Great Spotted Woodpecker in the Plantation. (Gord Avery).

WWT Slimbridge     A redhead Goosander on South Lake today. Also the SPOONBILL still and a Cattle Egret. The drake GREEN-WINGED TEAL on the Top New Piece from Zeiss hide again. (Roberta Goodall).

Frampton     On Court Lake this evening a male Goldeneye, 25 Little Egrets, 59 Cormorants, three Pochards, eight Shovelers, 51 Tufted Ducks, eight Gadwalls, 23 Mallards and three Great Crested Grebes. (Nick Goatman). On the Sailing Lake this afternoon 250+ Redwings, 40+ Fieldfares, 8+ Song Thrushes and 20+ Blackbirds with 15+ Pied Wagtails and three Buzzards. On the lake the Yellow-legged Gull and eight Great Crested Grebes. (Steve Pullen).

Cotswolds     At Whittington, a Tawny Owl hooting from Sandywell Park at 7:15am. At Brockhampton, 3/4 Bramblings feeding with Chaffinches on a field at the top of the steep road E of the village. At Hampen, where the bridle path to the E meets the road a Brambling, a Bullfinch, 100+ Linnets, 50+ Chaffinches, ten Redwings, two Fieldfares, a Great Spotted Woodpecker and a Red Kite. 50 Golden Plovers over the A40 E of Shipton Oliffe. At Kilkenny viewpoint two Red Kites, a Kestrel, five Fieldfares and three Redwings. (Steve Brown).

Frampton pools     A male Goldeneye, a Shelduck, a Snipe, a Great White Egret, 17 Little Egrets, 44 Cormorants, 55 Tufted Ducks, eight Gadwalls, four Shovelers, the adult Yellow-legged Gull, a Chiffchaff, a Grey Wagtail, two Kestrels, 50+ Linnets, 20+ Chaffinches and 40+ Redwings today. Hartpury     At the College birds included Hartpury College ten Golden Plovers, 15 Fieldfares, 16 Redwings, 60 Linnets and a Grey Wagtail today. (Oliver Paisey).

Chavenage Lane area     800+ Redwings, 120+ Fieldfares, 8+ Red Kites, 6+ Buzzards, two Sparrowhawks and 79 Golden Plovers today. (Terry Grant).

Longney     This afternoon birds included three Stonechats (2m, 1f), 15 Fieldfares, five Pied Wagtails, 39 Starlings, 325+ Black-headed Gulls and 100+ Wood Pigeons. (John Fletcher).
