WWT Slimbridge     A pair of GARGANEYS on the Rushy for most of the day. A SPOONBILL on the Tack Piece. Three Little Ringed Plovers on the Tack Piece and later the Estuary Tower scrape and two White Wagtails at the latter. Also around the grounds a MEDITERRANEAN GULL, 12 Cattle Egrets, 108 Avocets, a Spotted Redshank and two Black Swans. (Martin McGill). Five Ringed Plovers and c20 Dunlins on the Dumbles. (Paul Masters). Mid afternoon a Green Sandpiper on the Rushy. (MK).

Cleeve Hill     A Wheatear early morning. Also 17 Golden Plovers. (Tom Mabbett).

Saul Warth     Early morning for high tide a Wheatear, four Sand Martins, 17 Black-tailed Godwits flew S, a drake Mandarin flew N, a pair of Pintails and a Raven. Also 45 Curlews, two pairs of Oystercatchers, 25 Shelducks, two male Reed Buntings and three Chiffchaffs. (MK).

Sharpness Dock to Berkeley Pill     A Wheatear, a Common Sandpiper, six Redshanks, Meadow Pipits, Skylarks and a Curlew. (Mike Davis).

Selsley     A Wheatear on the common this afternoon. (Colin Greenfield).

Coombe Hill Meadows     This morning three Little Ringed Plovers, five Curlews, an Oystercatcher, four Lapwings, four Gadwalls, two Great Crested Grebes, a Little Grebe calling. Numerous Teal, Tufted Ducks, Wigeon, Shelducks, Shovelers and a Little Egret. Several Skylarks, Meadow Pipits, Bullfinches, Blackcaps, Chiffchaffs and a Treecreeper. (Pete Long).

Hazleton    Mixed flock of many Chaffinches, c5 Bramblings, a Yellowhammer, two Great Tits, five Corn Buntings and three Goldfinches just outside of the village. (Toby Danaher).

Wotton-Under-Edge     At Cotswold Edge Golf Club, two Red Kites drifting E. Also five Canada Geese and six Greylags. (Mike Tranter).

Crickley Hill     Two Peregrines flew off c100m away between Crickley Hill and Blackness. (Megan Adamou).

Nailsworth    Belated news for yesterday a female HEN HARRIER flew out of Hazel Woods and across towards Stroud. (Megan Adamou). 60+ Siskins on feeders, and singing in nearby trees, then 40 flew off N. (Terry Grant).

Maisemore     This afternoon from Church Road, Court Lake and over a mile above the weir birds included ten Linnets, six Chiffchaffs, five Chaffinches, three Song Thrushes, two Long-tailed Tits, two Green Woodpeckers, a Kingfisher, four Tufted Ducks, five Moorhens,
27 Mallards, six Canada Geese, two Grey Heron, a Cormorant, seven Mute Swans, two Ravens, four Buzzards and 21 Jackdaws. (John Fletcher).
