WWT Slimbridge     The WHITE-SPOTTED BLUETHROAT in song-flight briefly, from the reeds at the edge of the river at Middle Point at 10am, but no further sign after. (Paul Masters). A KITTIWAKE on South Lake at 1:10pm for 15 minutes. (Dot Jones). On the Tack Piece 36 Black-tailed Godwits, two Avocets, two Lapwings, two Curlews, a Whimbrel, 23 Ringed Plovers, 14 Dunlins, an Oystercatcher and the Snow Goose. (Chris Moore).

Coombe Hill Meadows     c60 Mute Swans, ten Greylags, ten Canada Geese, 24 Shelducks, two Wigeon, 20 Gadwalls, 4+ Teal, 30 Mallards, a pair of GARGANEYS, 18+ Shovelers, 20 Tufted Ducks, four Cattle Egrets, four Little Egrets, 30 Coots, three Avocets, two Oystercatchers, a Ringed Plover, two Little Ringed Plovers, five Lapwings, a Dunlin, a female Ruff, a Whimbrel, at least three Redshanks, three WOOD SANDPIPERS, an adult LITTLE GULL, 50 Black-headed Gulls, five Swallows, two House Martins, five Sand Martins, five Skylarks, two Redstarts, three Yellow Wagtails, a Reed Warbler, 5+ Sedge Warblers, 5+ Whitethroats, two Lesser Whitethroats, 2+ Blackcaps and 3+ Chiffchaffs. Cotswold Water Park West     On Pit 201b two male GARGANEYS, six Yellow Wagtails, a Little Ringed Plover and an Oystercatcher today. (Mark Coller).

Frampton pools     A pair of RED-BREASTED MERGANSERS over, an ARCTIC TERN, two Common Terns, 100+ Sand Martins, 20+ Swallows, three House Martins, a Hobby, a Garden Warbler, four Whitethroats, a Lesser Whitethroat, two Lapwings and two Shelducks today. (Nick Goatman).

Highnam Woods     Between 7am-8am at least one Nightingale singing and seen twice, a Garden Warbler, two Willow Warblers, many Blackcaps, a Buzzard and two Ravens. (Chris Harper/High Peak RSPB group).

Forest of Dean     At Nagshead 10am-2pm five Redstarts, two Pied Flycatchers, three Treecreepers, a Hobby reported with it possibly heard calling and numerous Nuthatches. (Chris Harper/High Peak RSPB group).

Elmore Court     At the Rewilding Project from the public footpath along Broadmeadow Bank Ditch birds this afternoon included three Stonechats, a Reed Warbler, two Cetti’s Warblers, a Whitethroat, a Lesser Whitethroat, a Reed Bunting, six Skylarks, four Stock Doves, a Red Kite, a Buzzard and a Kestrel. Winchcombe     Early afternoon a Little Egret flew S above the line of the River Isbourne. Also an adult Robin feeding a youngster in the garden. (Peter Rodgers).
