Sightings Friday 1st April 2016

Frampton    Between Splatt Bridge and Saul Warth this morning a Willow Warbler, three Cetti’s Warblers, eight Chiffchaffs, 31 Pintails and 57 Wigeon. (Gordon Hodgson).

Forest of Dean    At Woorgreens Lake this evening two Tree Pipits together (1 colour-ringed), aWillow Warbler, a Swallow, 8+ Sand Martins and five Goosanders. (Lewis Thomson). On Crabtree Hill this morning the GREAT GREY SHRIKE was singing, a Willow Warbler, a Tree Pipit, threeSand Martins, three Stonechats and a Hawfinch over. (Arron Roberts).

Cleeve Hill    A Wheatear today. (Roy Shilham).

Cheltenham    At Naunton Park a Blackcap, a Chiffchaff and a Willow Warbler singing in the garden at the same time and two Siskins (m & f) again. (Steve Brown).
