WWT Slimbridge     A summer-plumaged CURLEW SANDPIPER and 18 Dunlins on the Top New Piece and a red Knot, a male Ruff with a white ruff and three Greenshanks on the Bottom New Piece today. (@slimbridge_wild).

Forest of Dean     At Nagshead this morning five Pied Flycatchers, four Spot Flycatchers, a Wood Warbler, a Tree Pipit, a Firecrest and a sleeping Nightjar. (Andrew Mason). Also a Treecreeper, a Green Woodpecker, a Great Spotted Woodpecker, a Jay and a pair of Grey Wagtails, three Redstarts heard singing from the Lower hide. In the area within the Mallard’s Pike running trail a Cuckoo, a Wood Warbler, two Tree Pipits and several Siskins. (Steve Brown). Also at Nagshead a Hawfinch, a Raven, two Treecreepers and a Kingfisher. (John Fletcher).

Ashleworth Ham    Three Little Egrets, three Lapwings, 8+ Blackcaps, four Redstarts, two Great Spotted Woodpeckers, six Chiffchaffs, 12+ Sedge Warblers, a Curlew,  two Cuckoos, three Bullfinches, a drake Wigeon, a pair of Shelducks with three ducklings, 15+ Whitethroats, a drake Teal , 8+ Willow Warblers, three Red-legged Partridges, 10+ Skylarks, four Stock Doves, 5+ Reed Buntings, 21+ House Martins, an Oystercatcher, a Lesser Whitethroat, two Swallows, a Grey Heron, a Raven and a Nuthatch.
