WWT Slimbridge     A WHITE STORK circled over the Trust late afternoon before moving off N. (Baz Hughes). It was last seen over Frampton Sailing Lake but not relocated. (Gordon Hodgson). It was likely to have been the escaped bird seen in Herefordshire recently. Also two Green Sandpipers, 25 Avocets on South Lake and four chicks on the pool in-front of the Holden  Tower. (Derek Hale).

Frampton      From Splatt Bridge this morning a SPOONBILL flew
N, an unseasonal Short-eared Owl and a Green Sandpiper. (Gordon Kirk/Nigel Cramp).  A Red Kite over the Green at 8:30am today. (Gordon Hodgson).

Forest of Dean    Three Wood Warblers singing in woodland around the Great Haugh Brook NW of Brierley and a pair of Grey Wagtails feeding young. (Ivan Proctor).
