Forest of Dean    Three Hawfinches from the Campbell Hide today and a Marsh Tit and a Spotted Flycatcher at Lower Hide. (Morag Hughes).

Ashleworth Ham    A CES ringing session caught 76 birds, including four Redstarts (3 s, 1 ad), two male Grasshopper Warblers, seven Sedge Warblers, seven Whitethroats, eight Chiffchaffs, five Willow Warblers, six Goldfinches, two Linnets and six Reed Buntings. Two Lesser Whitethroats singing, not trapped. (Mervyn Greening/Mike Smart). Also a female Wigeon. (John Fletcher).
