Frampton     At the Sailing Lake two Common Terns, a Common Sandpiper, four Pochards, 100+ Swifts, 30+ House Martins, 100+ Sand Martins, 10+ Swallows, a male Mandarin, a Whitethroat and a Reed Warbler. Witcombe Reservoirs     This morning along the approach road a Whitethroat singing and two House Martins around the barns and farm house. (John Miles).

Hartpury     At Hartpury Orchard Centre this morning  at SO7856825395 a Kestrel, a Cetti’s Warbler singing, Reed Warblers singing, a returning pair of Swallows nesting, four Swifts, a Green Woodpecker, two families of Canada Geese with ten goslings between them, a pair of Mallards with five ducklings, a Grey Heron, three Goldfinches and a Moorhen. Gloucester     This morning around the Castlemeads (West) end of Port Ham towards the old Llanthony Lock (SO8218) two Lesser Whitethroats, a Cetti’s Warbler, a Sedge Warbler, a pair of Linnets and a Swift over. (Ian Elphick).
