Saul Warth    Five DARK-BELLIED BRENT GEESE, 11 Grey Plovers and three Turnstones this morning. Later 13 Grey Plovers, 38 Dunlins, three Bar-tailed Godwits, three Whimbrels and a Knot off Hock Ditch at low tide. (Gordon Hodgson).

WWT Slimbridge     Three WOOD SANDPIPERS on the Rushy today. Also an immature LITTLE GULL and four CATTLE EGRETS roosting on the island on the Rushy. (Slimbridge Sightings).

Forest of Dean    At Speech House in the Arboretum Car Park a Pied Flycatcher singing. At Nagshead c3 Pied Flycatchers, a Siskin and a Cuckoo heard. At Crabtree Hill c4 Tree Pipits, three Siskins and a Treecreeper. (Derek Hale). Cotswold Water Park East     At Whelford Pools a Cuckoo, 4+ Blackcap, 5+ Garden Warblers, three Chiffchaffs, two Bullfinches, a Sedge Warbler, 16+ Cormorants, nine Red Crested Pochards, five Great Crested Grebes, two Gadwalls, a Common Sandpiper, a Great Spotted Woodpecker, four Mistle Thrushes, a Cetti’s Warbler, two Egyptian Geese and a Reed Warbler. At Pits 125 and 126 4+ Garden Warblers, 4+ Blackcaps, a Green Woodpecker, 4+ Reed Warblers, a Common Sandpiper, 20+ Swifts, a Bullfinch, four House Martins, two Common Terns, 2+ Sedge Warblers, five Reed Buntings, four Buzzards, four Great Crested Grebes, five Sand Martins, a Grey Heron, a Cetti’s Warbler, a female Sparrowhawk, two summer plumaged Dunlins and two Red Kites.
