A LITTLE BITTERN at Shorncote Reedbed yesterday (2nd) seen to fly from the reeds of Pit 85a across the water of Pit 85B at 3:55pm and then at 4:05pm it flew back across the water of Pit 85B and went into the reeds of Pit 85a on the cycle path side that is totally hidden by a large hedgerow.
