Cotswold Water Park West     The LITTLE BITTERN still at Shorncote Reedbed today, it showed three times by 6am, but not again by 10am. It settled unseen in the reeds on the right hand bank of the Pit in front of the first hide. Also the BITTERN booming early on and seen in flight at 7:07am and 7:37am, two Hobbies through and a Cuckoo. (MK/Nigel Sluman). Please use Upper Up Playing Fields car park and stick to footpaths on the reserve please.

Ashleworth Ham     Mid afternoon a pair of Shelducks with seven ducklings, a Curlew, an Oystercatcher, a Lapwing, a pair of Teal, a Little Egret, a Raven, two Chiffchaffs, two Blackcaps, seven Swallows and a Kestrel. (John Fletcher).
