Whitminster     A Grasshopper Warbler in sub-song this morning. (Richard Baatsen).

Dowdeswell Reservoir     Three Common Sandpipers, three young Mandarins, four Tufted Ducks, two Mallards and a Mute Swan today. (Tom Mabbett).

Coombe Hill Meadows     Birds included two pairs of Moorhens with four young, two Coot with three juveniles, five Mistle Thrushes (adult & young), two Little Egrets, two Grey Herons, two Buzzards, 30+ Lapwings, five Linnets, three Bullfinches, a Great Spotted Woodpecker, a Green Woodpecker, two Sedge Warblers, a Chiffchaff, eight Whitethroats, a Skylark and a Reed Warbler today. Gloucester     A Yellow Wagtail at Horsebere Brook Flood Storage Lake this morning. (Tony Hurcombe). This morning nine juvenile Long-tailed Tits in the back garden at Park Avenue, Longlevens. (Pam & Frank Bryant).Long-tailed Tit 090717
