Frampton    At the pools this evening a GREAT WHITE EGRET on Court Lake, also four Little Egrets, a Water Rail, four Gadwalls and two Teal. This morning three Yellow Wagtails, a Yellow-legged Gull, 12 Common Terns, three Common Sandpipers, two Green Sandpipers, a Lesser Whitethroat, a Garden Warbler and a Whitethroat. (Nick Goatman).

Symonds Yat    From the viewpoint today the Peregrine pair and just one juvenile seen, six Buzzards, a female Sparrowhawk, a female Goshawk, Ravens, a Marsh Tit, a Treecreeper, a Great Spotted Woodpecker, a Green Woodpecker, Swallows and House Martins, Coal Tits, a Grey Heron, a Little Egret, a Goldcrest and Stock Doves. Other sightings included Red Admiral, Green-veined White, Small Copper, Gatekeeper, Common and Holly Blue butterflies, a Hornet, a Rose Chafer and many flying Ants. Hempsted     This morning a Garden Warbler, two Lesser Whitethroats, three Whitethroats, Blackcaps, Chiffchaffs, four Bullfinches and a Raven at Netheridge Farm. (Mark Hobson).

Sharpness     A Greenshank from SARA this evening, a patch year tick. (Andrew Jordan).

WWT Slimbridge     From Robbie Garnett hide a Wood Sandpiper on the Tack Piece still today and a CATTLE EGRET in approach road fields. (Slimbridge Wild).

Gloucester     A Green Sandpiper and a few passing Swifts at Horsebere Brook Flood Storage Lake this morning. (Martin Greenish).

Forest of Dean     At St Briavels a pair of Siskins reappeared for last 3 days, after an absence of c6 weeks, on garden feeders but no sign of young. (Bob Broughton).

Cheltenham     This morning at Naunton Park, a Bullfinch, the first in the garden for 30 years, and an Emperor Dragonfly. Also a fly past Budgerigar (if anyone’s lost one). (Steve Brown).
