Hailes    Three TREE SPARROWS reported at Hailes near Winchcombe this afternoon. The first report in Glos since 2013. (Bob Fryer).

Cirencester     A Red Kite over the Abbey Grounds at 2pm. (Jon Mercer).

WWT Slimbridge     A Wood Sandpiper from Robbie Garnett hide still this morning. Also a Whinchat and a Wheatear at Mid Point. (Slimbridge Wild).

Sharpness     40 Black-tailed Godwits N of SARA then flushed by Peregrine and flew towards Slimbridge this evening. (Andy Jordan).

Frampton pools     A GREAT WHITE EGRET, two Swifts, three Green Sandpipers, an adult Yellow-legged Gull, seven Common Terns, 20+ Sand Martins and an Oystercatcher today. (Nick Goatman).

Witcombe Reservoirs     12+ Swallows, 8+ Sand Martins, two House Martins, two Stock Doves, four Little Grebes, a Jay, 31 Greylags, a Barnacle Goose, three Great Crested Grebes, 17 Tufted Ducks, three Cormorants, 54+ Coots, two Pied Wagtails, a Grey Heron, a Kingfisher, a Sparrowhawk, 10+ Chiffchaff and two Roe Deer. Twyning     At least nine Swifts and six House Martin’s flew over the garden today, heading west. (Phil & Chris Andrews).
