Arlingham     A Little Owl in an apple orchard next to Warth Lane this morning. (Antony Seabright).

Frampton    At Court Lake the GREAT WHITE EGRET still, and around the pools a Redstart, a Swift, a Common Sandpiper, two Green Sandpipers and lots of Sand Martins and Swallows. (Nick Goatman). Also a Hobby today. (Steve Hurrell). Pic by Steve.

Hempsted     Two Lesser Whitethroat, six Whitethroats, a Willow Warbler, several Chiffchaffs and two Swifts  at Netheridge Farm this morning. (Mark Hobson).

Gloucester     At Horsebere Brook Flood Storage Lake at midday two Mute Swans, 20 Mallards with two tiny ducklings, two Grey Herons, a Little Egret, a Cormorant fishing and 2-3 immature Chiffchaffs. (Mike Smart).

Sharpness     Early morning at the picnic six species of Warbler including Sedge Warbler and Lesser Whitethroat. (Paul Taylor).

WWT Slimbridge     The Wood Sandpiper still from Robbie Garnett hide today. (Paul Rich).

Shuthonger     Early afternoon a Barn Owl flew out of a hedge at the fisherman’s car park at bottom of Woodend Lane. (Sarah Loaring).

Bisley/Battlescombe valley     32+ House Martins and 29+ Swallows moving SW, four Stock Doves, a Green Woodpecker, 15+ Linnets, five Bullfinches, 6+ Chiffchaffs, three Whitethroats, three Nuthatches, two Yellowhammers, five Marsh Tits, two Great Spotted Woodpeckers, a Buzzard, two Jays, a Coal Tit, three Blackcaps, two Ravens, a family of five Spotted Flycatchers and a Kestrel.
