Frampton     This morning at the Sailing Lake the adult Yellow-legged Gull, a Common Sandpiper, a Common Tern, two Willow Warblers, eight Mistle Thrushes and 12 Pied Wagtails. Around the pools this evening the GREAT WHITE EGRET, three Green Sandpipers, two Water Rails and three Little Egrets. (Nick Goatman).

Forest of Dean     Two Whinchats at Crabtree Hill at 9:10am. (Frank Williams).

Gloucester     At Robinswood Hill at 5:30pm SO8394815128 a Redstart, heard calling, and seen briefly. Ian’s first sighting on the Hill in 18 1/2 years. (Ian Elphick).

Witcombe Reservoirs     30+ Swallows, a Pied Wagtail, 24 Greylags, five Little Grebes, 8+ Chiffchaffs, 38+ House Martins, three Great Crested Grebes, a Grey Heron, two Cormorants, 54+ Coot, 14 Tufted Ducks, two Kingfishers, a Green Woodpecker, a calling Cetti’s Warbler on far side of causeway, five Buzzards, a Kestrel and a Sparrowhawk. Nailsworth     18 Swifts flying S today. (Terry Grant).

Shuthonger     Two Tawny Owls along the bridleway at the bottom of Woodend Lane and a Kingfisher flew downriver towards the sailing club this evening. (Sarah Loaring).

Hempsted     This morning at Netheridge Farm a Garden Warbler, nine Blackcaps, six Whitethroats and ten Chiffchaffs. (Mark Hobson).
