WWT Slimbridge    A FULMAR flew down river past Holden Tower this morning. (John Budd). An OSPREY flew S down river viewed from Holden Tower at 8am (same as Rodborough possibly). (Ian Hull). Two juvenile Spotted Redshanks from Stephen Kirk hide. (Richard Tyler). Pics by Richard.

Rodborough     An OSPREY S over the Common at 7:05am. Also a juvenile Great Black-backed Gull, aTree Pipit, 25 Meadow Pipits, two Siskins, three Redstarts, a Wheatear, two Blackcaps, ten Chiffchaffs and 70 Swallows S. (Francis Steuck).

Frampton     At the Sailing Lake the GREAT WHITE EGRET, the adult Yellow-legged Gull, four Green Sandpipers, a Common Sandpipers, nine Sand Martins, two Grey Wagtails, three Curlews over and four Chiffchaffs singing. Also at Court Lake two Hobbies. (Nick Goatman/Ashley Davies).

Arlingham     3-4 Yellowhammers in Warth Lane at 8:30am. (Tony Seabright).

Cleeve Hill      Two Whinchats, two Spotted Flycatchers, six Redstarts and nine Stonechats today. (Greg Mabbett).

Sharpness     A Wheatear, a Stonechat, a Common Sandpiper, a Siskin and a Pintail flew S this morning. (Andy Jordan).

Painswick Beacon     Birds today included 416 Swallows, 72 House Martins, 143 Common Gulls, 28 Meadow Pipits, a Wheatear and a Great Black-backed Gull. (John Fleming).

Coombe Hill Meadows     24 Teal, 40 Mallards, seven Grey Herons, 13 Moorhens, 136 Lapwings, two Snipe, three Green Sandpipers, three Skylarks, at least 50 Swallows SW, six Meadow Pipits, three Pied Wagtails, two Whinchats, a Blackcap, at least six Chiffchaffs, 50 Goldfinches and three Bullfinches today. Leigh Meadows     From the A38 three Mallards, a Green Sandpiper, at least 25 Swallows, a House Martin, at least five Chiffchaffs calling and three Linnets. (WeBS count) (Mike Smart).

Cobney Meadows     From Wainlodes two adult Mute Swans and eight cygnets, a Teal, 12 Mallards, a Grey Heron, a Snipe, ten Swallows, a Skylark, three Chiffchaffs and a Blackcap. (WeBS count) (Mike Smart).

Ashleworth Ham     Six Teal, 18 Mallards, a Grey Heron, a Little Egret and two Moorhens today. (WeBS count) (Les Brown).

Bisley /Battlecombe valley     An adult male Goshawk at 8:45am flew S, six Buzzards, 12+ Chiffchaffs, four Stock Doves, three Marsh Tits, a Bullfinch, five Nuthatches, 28+ Swallows, two Coal Tits, two Great Spotted Woodpeckers, two Whitethroats, two Blackcaps, two Goldcrests, three Jays, four Ravens, a Red-legged Partridge, eight House Martins, a Mistle Thrush, a female Sparrowhawk mobbed by Swallows, a Yellowhammer and 35+House Sparrows on stubble.
