At Cannop Ponds six Mandarins (3m, 3f), five Wigeon, 15 Tufted Ducks and c20 Siskins. At New Fancy View two Siskins, a male Bullfinch and a Buzzard. (Derek Hale).
Cambridge Two garden Hawfinches again at Ryalls Lane, today. Also of note, a male Brambling, a female Kingfisher fishing successfully, two male and two female Blackcaps, a Water Rail and c30 Fieldfares feeding on fallen Perry pears. (Ennis Jones).
Frampton pools A male Pintail and a Shelduck on Court Lake. Also around the pools 89 Tufted Ducks, 62 Gadwalls ,three Wigeon, five Shovelers, 37 Teal, eight Great Crested Grebe, a Little Grebe, 24 Mallards, 208 Coots, two Kingfishers, a Grey Wagtail and the adult Yellow-legged Gull still.
