WWT Slimbridge     A GLOSSY IBIS from Robbie Garnett hide at 4:30pm today. (Harley Todd).

Forest of Dean     Six Hawfinches at Parkend in Crown Lane this morning. The ringed Hawfinch in the picture was ringed near Parkend on 11 April 2017. (Ewan Urquhart). At Cinderford Linear Park this afternoon five Goosanders (2m), a male Bullfinch, a male Sisking and four Buzzards. A Dipper at Wenchford at 3pm. (MK). Pic by Ewan.

Great Barrington     The ringtail HEN HARRIER chased off by a Red Kite Barrington trig at 11:05am. (Richard Price).

Arlingham     The RICHARD’S PIPIT still today at midday in the field with the little hawthorn tree by the river’s edge at SO718118. It also gets in the surrounding fields but doesn’t move far. Also a Little Egret and a Stonechat. Park sensibly in Arlingham village. Take the public footpath on the left after Slowwe House (don’t take the Silver Street Project trail). Follow the footpath across the fields until you reach a farmyard (with Alpacas). Go up onto the seawall and follow the Severn Way downriver towards the bird. Sharpness     The female/immature BLACK REDSTART around the Post Office building in Dock Road at 2:30pm. (Tony Eveleigh/John Pullen/Chris Bartlett/Gerald Parker).

Cotswold Water Park West     At Shorncote Reedbed the SIBERIAN CHIFFCHAFF was showing well in the ditch opposite the first hide today. Also up to three Common Chiffchaffs and a Peregrine over. (Gord Avery). Later two SIBERIAN CHIFFCHAFFS. (Ian Hull).

Cotswold Water Park East     The immature/female SCAUP on Pit 126 still and 14 Red Crested Pochards. A pair of Goldeneyes at Whelford Pool still. (Gordon Avery).

Harnhill     A male Grey Partridge today. (Gordon Avery).

Purton     The GREAT NORTHERN DIVER on the canal at the Timber Ponds at 3:15pm. (Tony Eveleigh/John Pullen/Chris Bartlett/Gerald Parker).

Westonbirt     At the Old Arboretum at least eight Hawfinches this morning high in the trees. Two Hawfinches in Silk Wood this afternoon. (Martine Fenn).

Frampton     On Court Lake a male Goldeneye and the long-staying Whooper Swan still. (Nick Goatman). From Splatt Bridge at 3:45pm a MARSH HARRIER and a Little Egret. (Tony Eveleigh/John Pullen/Chris Bartlett/Gerald Parker).

Tewkesbury     A Barn Owl at Tewkesbury Industrial Site late afternoon. (Ian Hull).

Berkeley     At Park Farm near Ham 13 Little Egrets in a field today. (Andrew Jones).

Gloucester     A Sparrowhawk over Asda supermarket today. (Mark Grieve).
