Sharpness     Four RED-BREASTED MERGANSERS flew N past Sharpness at 5:20pm. Also the female type BLACK REDSTART along Dock Road. (Andy Jordan).

Ashleworth Ham     This afternoon the drake GREEN-WINGED TEAL sat in the open from 1:30-2:30pm in front of the line of Willows. It was also seen this morning and was present until 4:30pm at least. Also today two Great Spotted Woodpeckers, two Treecreepers, 17. Shovelers, 16 Pintails, seven Snipe, 100+ Teal, 60+ Wigeon, two Shelducks, 30 Lapwings, 53 Canada Geese, a Grey Heron, two Buzzards and a Raven. (John Fletcher et al). Pics by John.

Gloucester     The PENDULINE TIT at Plock Court, Longford still this afternoon at SO837204. Wellies recommended. Please keep a reasonable distance from the bird to allow it to feed in the ponds. Also a Stonechat today. (Roy Kinchin). A Kingfisher on Wootton Brook near the path over the stream at Churston Court estate at 9:40am, then it flew low along the stream towards Barnwood Arboretum. (Derek Lightstone).

Cotswold Water Park East     At Pit 104 four Goosanders and three Goldeneyes and on Pit 105 two Goldeneyes. (Duncan Dine).

Cotswold Water Park West     The GREAT NORTHERN DIVER still on Pit 16 this afternoon, but no scarce gulls. (Ian Hull/Graham Lawlor).

Frampton pools     A Goldeneye, four Shovelers, two Gadwalls, 93 Tufted Ducks, 26 Teal, 20 Mallards, a Little Grebe, three Great Crested Grebes, a Kingfisher, nine Bullfinches and a female Brambling today. (Nick Goatman).

Coombe Hill Meadows     11 Mute Swans, 50 Canada Geese, 2500 Wigeon, six Gadwalls, 1400 Teal, 50 Mallards, 103+ Pintails, 73+ Shovelers, two Tufted Ducks, two Grey Herons, 25 Coots, 700 Lapwings, five Curlews, ten Stock Doves, a Great Spotted Woodpecker drumming and 40 Pied Wagtails.
