Coombe Hill Meadows     A GLOSSY IBIS at 5:45pm today. (Jonathan Angliss).

Cleeve Hill     This morning a male Whinchat between the radio masts and Warden’s Wood, 1+ Garden Warbler singing at Warden’s Wood, a Tree Pipit near the footpath from Wontley Farm and two male Cuckoos calling, five Corn Bunting males singing, a male Redstart singing at Wontley Farm and a pair of Stonechats at the heather enclosure. (Ken Heron). Also seven Wheatears today. (Duncan Dine).

Frampton     At the Sailing Lake early morning a Common Tern, a Shelduck, two Reed Warblers, a Sedge Warbler, a Garden Warbler and a Peregrine. (Nick Goatman). At Splatt Bridge early morning a Marsh Harrier, a Cuckoo, a Common Sandpiper and two Redshanks. (Gordon Hodgson).

Hawling     In the Hawling area this morning 14 Wheatears, a Whinchat, five Corn Buntings, a Hobby and a Stock Dove. (Mark Dowie).

Brockeridge Common     A singing Nightingale singing near the M50 junction. (Sarah Loaring).

Highnam Woods     Six Chiffchaffs, a Willow Warbler, 16 Blackcaps, a singing Nightingale, a Great Spotted Woodpecker, a Green Woodpecker, a LESSER SPOTTED WOODPECKER, a Mistle Thrush, a Skylark, a Raven, a Jay and a Buzzard. (Mark Grieve). Three Nightingales singing at 8am. (Graham Tompsett/Gary Webb).

Forest of Dean     In the Woorgreens/Crabtree Hill area five Tree Pipits, three Garden Warblers, a Stonechat, two Cuckoos, two Ravens, three Wood Warblers, a Redstart and a LESSER SPOTTED WOODPECKER. At Speech House a Redstart singing by the car park. At Nagshead a Pied Flycatcher, two Spotted Flycatchers, a Redstart, a Wood Warbler, a Garden Warbler and a Goshawk. At Blakeneyhill Woods an adult and a fledgling Dipper along the stream. (Graham Tompsett/Gary Webb).

Longney     Around the old orchards mid afternoon SO754137 eight Sedge Warbler along the river edge reedbeds, three Chiffchaffs, three Willow Warblers, four Song Thrushes, five Swallows, 12+ Wrens, two Great Spotted Woodpeckers, a Jay and a Buzzard. (John Fletcher).

Netheridge     A Cuckoo calling at Netheridge Farm this evening. (Mark Hobson).

Ashleworth Ham     A Wheatear off Stank Lane this morning. (Martin Greenish).

Stroud     Two fledged Dippers and a Jay at Frome Banks NR at SO851048. (Richard Williams). Five Buzzards thermalling above Wallbridge and a Swift over. (Seb Buckton).
