Coombe Hill Meadows Between the Wharf and the Grundon hide a Cuckoo heard, Willow Warblers, Chiffchaffs, Whitethroats, Blackcaps, Swallows, Reed Buntings
Brimstone and Holly Blue butterflies, Silver Y moths, Four-spotted Chaser, Emperor and Black-tailed Skimmer dragonflies and Azure, Common Blue and Blue-tailed damselflies.
From the hide 14 Greylags, two Canada Geese, two Mute Swans, a Shelduck, several Lapwings and a Redshank heard. (Keith White).
