Chedworth     A HOOPOE in a private garden this morning, not viewable from public areas. Also a garden Buzzard there.

WWT Slimbridge     Two SPOONBILLS feeding on the river just S of Mid Point at 9:05am. Flew the the southern end of the Dumbles and out of sight at 11:10am. Also three Mediterranean Gulls on the Rushy and two Green Sandpipers. (Geoff Moyser/Mark Hobson).

Hidcote     1-4 Red Kites during 2 hours at NT Hidcote this afternoon, also a Corn Bunting on the rape crop in the field beyond the Long Walk. (Andy & Sue Gibbons).

Selsley     On the Common at SO828030 a Red Kite, two Kestrels, 12 Skylarks, four Linnets and nine Swifts. Also seven Six Spotted Burnet moths, three Small Blues, many Marble Whites, Small Heath and Meadow Browns and a Bee Orchid. (John Fletcher/Martin Greenish).
