Cotswold Water Park East This afternoon on Pit 111 birds included six Great Crested Grebes, four Red Crested Pochards, three Gadwalls, five Cormorants, a Common Tern and a Green Woodpecker. On Pit 111B 19 Tufted Ducks, three Great Crested Grebes, nine Cormorants and a Buzzard. On Pit 126 five Common Terns, 14 Red Crested Pochards, 71 Tufted Ducks, 11 Great Crested Grebes, four Oystercatchers, two Common Sandpipers, a Reed Bunting, a Sedge Warbler and a Raven. Ashleworth/Hasfield Ham Two Whinchats, a Redstart, a Peregrine, a Buzzard, a Kestrel, five Ravens, a Little Egret, a Cormorant and two Grey Herons this morning. (Martin Greenish).
Hardwicke Along the canal south of Sellars Bridge this afternoon a Common Tern, a Garden Warbler, a Lesser Whitethroat, a Whitethroat and adult Chiffchaff with 2+ juveniles. Also Brown Hawker, Southern Hawker and Emperor dragonflies. (MK).
Painswick A family party of at least two adults and two fledged Spotted Flycatchers in the Cemetery Grounds opposite the Golf Club. (Duncan Dine).

Symonds Yat In the Yat Rock area today the Peregrine pair and another adult Peregrine nearby, a Sparrowhawk, six Buzzards, Ravens, Stock Doves, Swifts, Swallows and House Martins and a Grey Heron. Also Red Admiral, Painted Lady, Meadow Brown, Common Blue, Holly Blue, Large White, Ringlet, Speckled Wood and Gatekeeper butterflies, a Hummingbird Hawk Moth, a Hornet, a Common Darter and three Fallow Deer.
