Birdlip     A Woodpigeon flew out of the woods across the Cranham Road at 2:10pm with a Goshawk in hot pursuit. (Michael Cook).

Brockworth     Two late Swifts high over junction 11A of the M5 at 6:12pm. (Michael Cook).

The Camp, Stroud     Three Golden Plovers in a stubble field near the Fostons Ash Inn on the Bisley Road this morning. (Michael Cook).

Netheridge Farm    A Whinchat, a Sedge Warbler, two Green Sandpipers over S and a Jay at the Barn Owl Centre today. (Mark Hobson).

Edge     At Rudge Hill N.N.R. this afternoon around SO846091 birds included five Green Woodpeckers, 35 Goldfinches, a Spotted Flycatcher, a Great Spotted Woodpecker, a Kestrel, a Buzzard and four Linnets. Along Sevenleaze Lane in the Spoonbed Farm area SO861124 110 Linnets, seven Goldfinches, a Kestrel, two Buzzard, a Red-legged Partridge and 17 Grey Partridge in a stubble field presumably released birds. Hucclecote     10+ Feral Pigeons, 30 House Sparrows and three Woodpigeons in the garden all fled as soon as a male Sparrowhawk landed. (Harold Smith).
